Job Description

We are looking for Sales Associates to join our Miniso team. This is a sales role where you will help customers, manage products, and support daily store work.

Freshers are welcome.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers in the store and guide them with products
  • Handle billing and basic cash transactions
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-arranged
  • Refill products on shelves and check stock
  • Support team members and follow shift timings
  • Help in handling customer queries and basic issues
  • Follow store rules, hygiene, and brand guidelines


Qualifications:

  • Freshers / Candidates with 0-2 years of retail experience
  • Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
  • Willing to learn and work in a team
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a fast-paced store
