Job Description

  • To drive property sales by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting revenue targets.


  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms


  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings


  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, pricing, and market trends


  • Negotiate deals and close sales in line with company policies


  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and documentation


  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns


  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support
