• Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation standards.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
• Sales & Revenue ManagementAchieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Team ManagementRecruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
• Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer ServiceEnsure exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and stock verification.
• Minimize inventory shrinkage and losses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams.
• Financial ManagementManage cash handling, billing, and banking procedures.
• Monitor store expenses and profitability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail store management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and retail management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in supermarkets, department stores, lifestyle stores, fashion retail, or FMCG retail.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple departments.
• Knowledge of inventory control and merchandising practices.

Salary Range₹20,000 – ₹40,000+ per month (depending on experience, store size, and performance).
