Job Description

  • The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property offerings, generating leads, and converting inquiries into site visits or sales.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases
  • Handle inbound inquiries about real estate projects
  • Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and offers
  • Generate and qualify leads based on customer interest
  • Schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team
  • Follow up regularly with interested clients to close deals
  • Maintain customer data and update CRM systems
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
