Telesales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective property buyers. Your goal isn't just to pitch; it’s to build rapport, understand the client's property needs, and successfully schedule site visits for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead Management: Call warm leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and property portals (no cold calling random phone books).

 Discovery & Qualification: Actively listen to prospects to understand their budget, preferred location, and property requirements (e.g., investment vs. self-use).

 Pitching: Clearly communicate the unique selling points (USPs) of our residential and commercial projects.

 Appointment Booking: Convince qualified prospects to attend site visits, virtual tours, or face-to-face meetings with our property experts.

 CRM Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline statuses in our CRM system.

 Follow-ups: Standardize a persistent but polite follow-up cadence with hesitant buyers to keep our properties top-of-mind.
