ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and result-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our prospective and existing clients, managing inbound inquiries, nurturing leads, and ensuring customer experience throughout the sales journey. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated female professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a passion for client relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Client Engagement & Lead Management
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads and prospects using CRM tools.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
2.Sales Support & Coordination
• Send product quotations, proposals, and brochures to clients as required.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively following up with warm leads.
• Support the field sales team with necessary documentation, reports, and customer communication.
3.Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Address customer queries, and after-sales service requests in a timely manner.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and management team for continuous improvement.
4.Reporting & Administration
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present them to the management team.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, orders, and customer communications.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in BA, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer service.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills also encouraged to apply.
