Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Cum Customer Support Representative to handle outbound sales calls and assist customers with queries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer database
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales or customer support
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Positive attitude and team player
• Preferred Background:Experience in sales/customer handling roles
• Exposure to battery, solar, automotive, or product-based industry (preferred but not mandatory)
