Job Description
Outbound Calling: Proactively calling prospective customers to promote products, services, or set appointments.
Inbound Support: Handling incoming calls to answer questions, resolve complaints, or process orders.
Lead Generation/Management: Following up on leads and updating client information in the CRM database.
Sales Closing: Persuading customers to purchase products or services.
Target Achievement: Meeting individual and team sales or efficiency targets.
