Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Visa Counselor to guide clients through the visa application process for various countries. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of immigration procedures, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert inquiries into successful applications.
- Key Responsibilities Provide accurate counseling to clients regarding study, tourist, work, or PR visas
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options
- Handle end-to-end visa processing, including documentation and application filing
- Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and changes for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.
- Assist clients in preparing SOP s, financial documents, and application forms
- Maintain client records and follow up on leads and ongoing cases
- Coordinate with embassies, consultants, and internal teams
Achieve monthly targets for conversions and client satisfaction
