Digital Marketing Manager

•    Lead day-to-day operations of the creative & digital team (designers, social media, video editors, content writers)

•    Plan, assign, and review work across all team members to ensure timely delivery

•    Develop and oversee monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok

•    Review and approve creatives, reels, posts, and ad copies before publishing

•    Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) — brief, monitor, and optimise

•    Track performance metrics and present weekly/monthly reports to management

•    Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing with targets

•    Mentor team members and manage workload, deadlines, and quality standards

•    Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital advertising

•    Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights)

•    Eye for design — ability to brief, review, and provide feedback on creatives and videos

•    Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (basic), CapCut, or similar

•    Excellent organisational and communication skills

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
