Job Description
Manage daily operations of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
Upload new products and maintain product listings.
Update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor and manage stock availability across all online platforms.
Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
Handle order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
Resolve customer queries and complaints through email or marketplace portals.
Track daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
Monitor marketplace performance metrics and account health.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for banners and product creatives.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Basic Formulas).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and time management.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
