Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
AMAZON SELLER PORTAL EXPERIENCE OF ONE YEAR IS MUST
- Inventory & Order Management: Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) operations, track shipments, and monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
- Listing & Catalog Management: Create, update, and optimize product detail pages, variations, A+ content, and images to increase product visibility and conversion rates.
- Advertising & Promotions: Handle Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display). Monitor bids, ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and set up deals or coupons.
- Account Health & Policy Compliance: Regularly check portal metrics (Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Late Shipment Rate) to avoid account suspension. Address policy warnings and resolve performance notifications.
- Customer & Case Management: Interact with Amazon Seller Support, track submitted tickets for catalog fixes or missing inventory, and handle customer queries, returns, and reviews to maintain a positive seller rating.
