Industry-Jewellery Retail

Location- chandigarh

Qualification-Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Hospitality, Retail, Aviation, Hotel, or Customer Service Industry.
• Experience in a jewellery showroom will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:-

• Female
• Age: 25–37 years

Salary-₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:-

• Welcome every customer warmly and professionally as they enter the showroom.
• Greet customers with a pleasant smile and create a positive first impression.
• Understand the customer's purpose of visit and guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive or department.
• Offer refreshments to customers as per showroom standards.
• Handle walk-in customer records and maintain visitor logs, if required.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and showroom etiquette.

Required Skills:-

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (local language is an advantage).
• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professionally presentable.
• Strong interpersonal and hospitality skills.
• Positive body language and excellent etiquette.

Preferred Requirements

• Hospitality or luxury retail background preferred.
• Experience in handling premium customers is an added advantage.
