Job Description
HR (Human Resources) job roles and responsibilities in company:

- Managing leave records (casual leave, sick leave, etc.).
- Assisting the accounts department in salary and payroll processing.
- 4. Employee RelationsMaintaining a positive work environment.
- Handling employee complaints and conflicts.
- Communicating between management and employees.
- Ensuring employee satisfaction and motivation.
- 5. Performance ManagementMonitoring employee performance.
- Conducting performance reviews and appraisals.
- Helping management decide promotions or salary increments.
- 6. Training & DevelopmentIdentifying employee training needs.
- Organizing training programs and skill development sessions.
- Helping employees improve their productivity and performance.
- 7. HR Policies & ComplianceCreating and implementing HR policies.
- Ensuring company follows labour laws and legal regulations.
- Maintaining proper HR documentation and employee records.
- 8. Employee Exit ProcessManaging resignation and termination procedures.
- Conducting exit interviews.
- Completing full and final settlements.
- 9. HR AdministrationMaintaining employee files and HR database.
- Managing HR reports and documentation.
