Pharma Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Pharma Sales Executive to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical stores. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and medical retailers.
• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to healthcare professionals.
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain records of sales visits, orders, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the distribution and logistics teams for timely product delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 21–36 Years
• Gender: Both Male & Female
• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Pharmaceutical Sales
• English: Basic English
• Preferred Industry: Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000
