Job Description
Develop new product formulations and improve existing products.
Conduct lab trials and testing for new products.
Check and test raw materials used in product development.
Maintain proper records of formulations and trial results.
Work with the production team to implement formulations in manufacturing.
Ensure product quality and safety standards are followed.
Perform stability testing to check product shelf life.
