Job Description

Main Work-

  • Handle delivery partners and make sure orders go on time
  • Reply to customers on WhatsApp quickly and properly
  • Call customers if there is any issue with the order
  • Check daily inventory (stock) and report any shortage or issue
  • Strictly monitor pilferage (theft/misuse of items)
  • Ensure food quality is good before delivery
  • Make sure staff are doing their work properly
  • Solve daily problems in operations


Important Requirements (Must Have):Good English speaking skills (very important) – need to handle high-end customers

  • Must respond to customers on time and properly
  • Must be strict about inventory checking and pilferage control
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations
  • Responsible and disciplined


Other Requirements:Experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen preferred

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage staff
  • Honest and detail-oriented
