Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data
- Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain relationships
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi and/or English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus (freshers can apply)
Working Hours:
[9:30 TO 5:30]
Salary:
[12000 TO 25000 + 4% TO 5% INCENTIVE]
