Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound/Inbound Calling: Contacting potential/existing customers to sell products or services and managing customer queries.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Persuading customers to buy or schedule appointments, achieving daily/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Data Management: Updating and maintaining CRM software with accurate contact details and call notes.
  • Query Resolution: Addressing client inquiries, grievances, and suggestions promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding company offerings to accurately inform customers. Betterteam +7

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is often required.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Soft Skills: High tolerance for rejection, patience, active listening, and strong negotiation abilities.
