Job Description
Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Manage GST compliance: return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and input tax credit tracking
Handle TDS compliance: deduction, payment, and return filing (TDS returns), issuance of Form 16/16A
Generate and manage e-invoices and e-way bills as per government regulations
Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and compliance with applicable laws
Assist in audits (internal and statutory) and provide required documentation
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
Maintain proper documentation and support internal financial controls
