Senior Architect / Studio Lead Architect | Location: Mohali (Sector 68), Punjab | Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 (Fixed) | Experience: 10+ Years (Only experienced candidates apply)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Architect / Studio Lead to independently manage our Mohali studio operations. This role ensures smooth project execution, team coordination, and high design standards with minimal founder involvement.

Role Objective:

Run the Mohali studio independently and manage end-to-end project execution, enabling founders to step away from daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day studio operations • Plan and monitor project timelines across all projects • Allocate resources and manage team workload • Conduct regular design reviews • Ensure timely delivery of client submissions • Coordinate with leadership for final approvals

Qualifications:

B.Arch / M.Arch • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience (Mandatory)

Skills Required:

CAD & SketchUp • Basic knowledge of Revit & BIM • Microsoft Project (basic) • Strong leadership and team management • Excellent communication and client handling

KPIs:

% of projects delivered on time • Client satisfaction • Reduced founder involvement

Leadership Structure:

Reports to Design Director / Principal Architect • Responsible for studio team and project execution
