Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Calling & Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, handle inbound queries, and convert leads into appointments.
- Visa Counseling: Advise clients on suitable visa types (study, work, tourist) and explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Document Support: Assist clients in gathering and reviewing required documents (academic, financial) for accuracy, ensuring compliance with embassy standards.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate, detailed records of conversations, follow-ups, and client progress in the CRM software.
- Support & Coordination: Work with internal immigration processing teams to ensure timely submission of applications
