Job Title: Academic Counsellor / Education Counsellor (BBT)
Location: ChennaiExperience: 0 – 5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Academic Counsellor / Education Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right educational programs and ensure a smooth admission journey.
- Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Explain courses, career paths, and benefits to drive admissions
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Support fee collection and ensure timely payments
- Maintain student records and manage admission-related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth student experience
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Resolve queries and provide excellent customer service
