Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels
- Promote and sell credit card products to prospective customers
- Explain features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria clearly
- Assist customers with application processes and documentation
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers for repeat business and referrals
- Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial products
- Good convincing and presentation skills
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (banking/financial sales preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
