Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain products/services and answer questions
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain a database of customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
- Persuasive and convincing ability
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Patience and a positive attitude
- Qualifications:Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (Graduation is a plus)
- Experience: experienced candidates can apply
