About the CompanyRidh Fabric Industry is a wholesale fabric company dealing in quality fabric materials for tailors, boutiques, designers, and retail shops. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female CRM Executive to promote our products, connect with customers, and build strong customer relationships.
- Job ResponsibilitiesContact potential designers, tailoring shops, boutiques, and retail fabric buyers through phone calls.
- Introduce the company, fabric collections, latest materials, and product quality to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabric products.
- Generate new business opportunities and encourage customers to place orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding fabric requirements and order status.
- Build and maintain good relationships with tailors, designers, boutiques, and shop owners.
- Collect customer feedback and ratings to improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and order processing.
- Maintain customer information and regular follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure proper communication.

- Good English communication skills.
- Confident speaking and good customer interaction skills.
- Interest in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
