Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Conduct prospecting through calls, messages, emails, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
• Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert them into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
• Provide regular updates on lead status and business development activities

Requirements

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
• Candidates within the specified age range are preferred
