Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and follow up with gym enquiries.
  • Call back leads and explain gym packages, offers, and services.
  • Attend to walk-in visitors and provide information about memberships.
  • Maintain enquiry records and client details.
  • Coordinate membership registrations and renewals.
  • Assist members with basic queries and front desk operations.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, telecalling, or customer service experience is an advantage.
