Job Title: Human Resource Head (Female)

Age Criteria: 23 – 40 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Head to lead and manage the entire HR function. The role involves strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR operations and strategy planning

• Drive recruitment and talent acquisition across all departments
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee performance management systems and employee appraisals
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
• Manage payroll coordination, compliance, and statutory requirements
• Build and maintain a strong organizational culture
• Work closely with leadership on business strategy and workforce planning
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capability
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Real Estate industry is highly preferred
• Proven experience in handling large teams and multiple departments
