HR Recruiter – Crystal Homes

About Crystal Homes

Crystal Homes is a fast-growing real estate company committed to delivering quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and support functions.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, job portals, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Qualification
