Payroll Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage our end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. You will be responsible for everything from onboarding new joiners and managing government portals to calculating salaries and resolving employee queries.

• Key Responsibilities1. Onboarding & HRM ManagementCollect, verify, and maintain the New Joiner Documents Collection.
• Update and manage employee databases on the HRM Software ensuring 100% data accuracy.
• 2. Statutory Compliance (PF, UAN, & ESI)Handle UAN generation and member registration for new employees.
• Manage monthly Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) filing and documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws regarding social security benefits.
• 3. End-to-End Apprentice Portal ManagementOversee the Apprentice Portal (NAPS/NATS) from registration to final certification.
• Execute contract creation, stipend management, and coordinate with authorities for End-to-End Certification.
• 4. Attendance & Payroll ProcessingCoordinate with external clients to collect monthly attendance and timesheets.
• Perform precise salary calculations, factoring in attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
• Handle payslip generation and distribution within the stipulated timelines.
• 5. Employee RelationsAct as the primary point of contact for all employee queries regarding payroll, PF, ESI, and portal logins, resolving issues efficiently.
