Job Title: HR Recruiter ( High-Volume & Blue-Collar) Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, resourceful HR Recruiter to lead our blue-collar hiring efforts. Your mission is to find, vet, and on board reliable candidates for roles.
Key Responsibilities - Mass Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Reporting: Track key metrics like "Time-to-Hire" and "Cost-per-Hire" to keep the management team informed.
The Ideal Candidate - Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment.
