Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Assist in performance management and employee relations
Conduct induction and training sessions for new employees
Identify training needs and prepare training materials
Monitor employee performance after training
Conduct refresher training programs regularly
Maintain training reports and feedback records
Improve communication, process knowledge, and soft skills of employees
