We are looking for a highly organised, energetic and responsible School Operations Executive who can take ownership of the day-to-day functioning of the school and ensure an excellent experience for students, parents and teachers.

ROLE OBJECTIVE: The School Operations Executive will be the operational backbone of Music Master.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that:

Students attend → Teachers are prepared → Classes happen on time → Parents are informed → Fees are collected → Records are updated → Issues are resolved → Events run smoothly → The school environment remains professional.

The ideal candidate should be a people person, problem solver and strong executor who can independently manage day-to-day school operations with minimum supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. DAILY SCHOOL OPERATIONS

• :Manage the day-to-day functioning of the school.
• Coordinate last-minute teacher/student schedule changes.
• Fees Collections & Follow-up with parents through reminders. 

2. STUDENT MANAGEMENT

• Maintain accurate student records - Attendance, Progress, Class Rescheduling etc. 
• Maintain student performance and certification-related records.
• Responding to parent enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.

3. ADMISSIONS & LEAD FOLLOW-UP

• Respond promptly to new enquiries. Follow-up for demo and student enrolments. 
• Maintain a lead/enquiry database.

4. GRADE EXAMS, EVENTS & LIVE PERFORMANCES

• Track and monitor student’s performance in live shows & grade exams. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0 - 5 years in similar profiles in any industry. 
• Skills: Comfortable with Excel
