Job Title: Personal Loan Team Leader
Department: Sales / Banking
Location: Vadapalani, chennai
Reporting To: Team Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Personal Loan Team Leader to manage and guide the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate will be responsible for handling team performance, customer relationship management, lead generation, and ensuring smooth loan processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the personal loan sales team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Monitor daily team performance and productivity.
Support team members in lead generation and customer handling.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers for loan processing.
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Skills
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of personal loan products and banking process.
Target-oriented and team handling ability.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
Qualification
Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
Experience in banking, finance, or personal loan sales preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1.5–5 years of experience in personal loan sales.
Prior team handling experience is preferred.
