Job Description
Real Estate Pre-Sales Advisor is responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting potential buyers into customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
* Explain property details, pricing, and project features to clients
* Generate and manage sales leads
* Schedule and coordinate site visits
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
* Support the sales team in lead conversion and sales closures
* Maintain customer data in CRM software
* Coordinate with marketing and sales departments
* Handle customer queries professionally
* Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
* Build strong customer relationships for future business opportunities
* Assist in documentation and booking processes
* Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor projects
