Job Description
An accountant is a financial professional who manages, analyzes, and reports an organization's financial transactions to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Core Responsibilities
- Record-Keeping: Maintain and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Tax Compliance: Compute liabilities, prepare tax returns, and ensure adherence to local and international tax regulations.
- Auditing: Review financial documents and procedures to identify discrepancies, prevent fraud, and minimize risk.
