Purchase Executive

A Store and Purchase Executive manages the end-to-end procurement process and inventory control, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, placing purchase orders, and maintaining optimal stock levels. They ensure timely material delivery, inspect quality, and manage store operations, including stock storage and reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Negotiation: Identify reliable suppliers, evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts, and issue purchase orders (POs).
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels (min/max levels), forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
• Store Management: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and physical storage of materials, ensuring proper organization.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, invoices, and prepare MIS reports (e.g., stock consumption, variance analysis).
• Supplier Relations: Evaluate vendor performance and manage vendor relationships.
