REAL ESTATE TEAM LEADER

Job Summary:  

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive our telecalling/sales team in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for achieving team targets, training telecallers, and ensuring smooth lead conversion from initial call to site visit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5-8 telecallers/sales executives

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and monitor performance

- Train new joiners on calling scripts, project details, objection handling, and CRM usage

- Listen to calls, provide feedback, and conduct role-plays to improve conversion rates

- Ensure quality lead generation and timely follow-ups with potential customers

- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to schedule site visits and close deals

- Maintain team attendance, call reports, and MIS; share daily updates with management

- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues professionally

- Drive incentive programs and create a target-driven work culture

Requirements:

- Graduate with 2+ years experience as Team Lead in telecalling/sales, preferably real estate

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in Tamil & English

- Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales/lead-gen goals

- Hands-on with CRM, Excel, and call monitoring tools

- Ability to train, coach, and retain team members under pressure
