Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
*1. GST Compliance*
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts
Input Tax Credit tracking and validation
Assisting in GST notices and audit support
*2. TDS Compliance (Other than 24Q)*
TDS calculation, deduction, and filing (excluding salary TDS – 24Q)
Preparation of TDS workings and reconciliation
Handling TDS corrections and notices
*3. Expense Booking*
Accounting of day-to-day expenses
Proper ledger classification and documentation check
*4. Reporting*
Preparation of reports for GST and TDS filings
Monthly reconciliation of accounts and statutory balances
*Qualification*
B.Com
*Skills Required*
Basic accounting knowledge
Basic Understanding of GST and TDS concepts
Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software
MS Excel proficiency
*Language Requirements*
Tamil – Mandatory
English – Mandatory
Hindi – Optional
