Job Summary:

Trust Gold is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining the brand’s reputation for trust and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and needs
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and presentable
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash transactions
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and promotions
• Assist in stock management and inventory checks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery or luxury products)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery (preferred)
• Presentable, honest, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Education:

• Minimum: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
