TOVO RESTAURANTS


Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and efficiency.

Manage and guide team members during shifts, ensuring discipline and productivity.

Monitor customer service standards and handle customer queries or complaints.

Oversee cash handling, billing, and basic P&L awareness during the shift.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOP standards.
