Job Description
Manage daily store operations efficiently.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Issue materials to production or other departments as per approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate records of stock inward, outward, and balance in ERP or inventory software.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure safety standards within the store.
Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory and report to management.
Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and accounts departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, and audit requirements.
