Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Loan Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives. The candidate will be responsible for driving loan sales (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.), achieving targets, and ensuring high team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of loan sales executives
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance of team members
- Generate leads and ensure conversion into business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners
- Train and guide team members on sales strategies and product knowledge
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to customers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
