Job Description

Requirements:

* Hindi speaking is mandatory

* Basic English communication required

* Age should be below 27

* No career gaps


Job Role:

* Call and onboard new customers/leads and Explain company services/products to clients.

* Coordinate with transporters/truckers to connect loads.

* Negotiate with clients to get the best rates

* Update load and tracking details in the system.

* Follow up with warehouse teams for timely loading/unloading.

* Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business

* Coordinate with internal teams and transporters efficiently.




*Salary / Incentives:*

*₹5000 incentive after connecting the first vehicle

₹200–₹300 incentive per truck thereafter


Customer onboarding incentives:

₹10,000 for first onboarding

₹3,000 for each subsequent onboarding*
