Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining services, and maintaining customer relationships professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound queries efficiently
- Explain products/services clearly
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
Salary: ₹13,000-20,000 + Attractive Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
