Job Description

BCC Infotech is hiring Telecalling Executives for its Banking Loan Process. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and assisting in the loan application process. This opportunity is well-suited for freshers looking to start their career in the banking and finance sector.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for banking loan products
  • Explain loan details such as eligibility, interest rates, and documentation
  • Generate and follow up on customer leads
  • Maintain call records and customer data
  • Coordinate with internal loan processing teams
  • Meet assigned calling and lead-generation targets


Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate / Final-Year Students
  • Freshers can apply
  • Basic knowledge of banking/finance preferred
  • Good communication skills
