• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products or services clearly and professionally.
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.

• Minimum qualification:
• 10 OR 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
