Job Role – Customer Telesales Executive
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding Health and Life Insurance products.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, and coverage details to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate sales conversions.
- Maintain proper customer data and call records.
- Handle customer queries and provide professional support.
- Coordinate with team leaders for updates and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Confident speaking and convincing ability required.
