Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Executive to maintain our financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. This role involves overseeing the organization's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, vouchers, and bank statements. The Accounting Executive will prepare and review financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Additionally, the candidate will analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. They will assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Effective communication and collaboration with management—particularly the Director, Auditor, and Manager—will be essential. Key responsibilities include: - Preparing and reviewing financial statements - Managing accounts payable and receivable - Handling GST filings and compliance - Managing TDS deductions and returns - Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy - Recording journal entries and voucher entries for transactions - Managing tax compliance and filings - Budgeting and financial analysis.
